Baoding
Baoding is an ancient city with 2300 years of history 137km south of Beijing, it is one of the ten cities under the direct administration of Hebei Province. It has over 10 million in population with covers an area of 40,000 sq. kilometers.
It is rich in culture, natural resources, industries, and is located in the middle of three very important cities: Beijing, Tianjin, and Shijiazhuang. Baoding enjoys a good transportation network. The Beijing- Guangzhou Railway Line runs through Baoding from north to south, it takes about one hour for a train from Beijing to Baoding. State Road No. 107 runs along the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway Line. The Beijing- to-Shijiazhuang Expressway passes through Baoding, it takes a bus one hour and a half to reach Baoding from Beijing.
