You will get our response in 24 hours. Please let us know your train requirements in advance and we will be happy to help you arrange your train tickets to the major destination from Beijing. Take a train ride to all the major tourist and commercial destinations of China with us! We will take of the rest.
Important Notice:
1. We offer train ticket booking + hotel pickup service
2. So our quotations include your midtown hotel in Beijing - train station transfer service.
3. The tickets are issured 4 days before departure, so you are requested to reserve your tickets at least 7 days in advance.
4. We cannot 100% guarantee your ticket booking even after we have receiced your booking deposit. Your ticket
booking is confirmed only after you have received our final confirmation either by email or phone 4 days in advance of your
departure date.
5. We keep the right to change your train ticket for another train running a similar schedule per your permission
if your original ticket is not available.
6. If we fail to confirm your ticket booking, you will have 4 days to adjust your travel plan and we will return your deposit.
7. Our train ticketing service is not available during Chinese festivals as below:
New Year'Day ( 1st Jan, three-day holiday )
Tomb Sweeping Day ( Early April, 3-day holiday )
Mid-Autumn festival ( Aug-Sept, 3-day holiday )
May Day ( 1st May, three-day holiday)
National Day (1st Oct, week-long holiday
Chinese New Year ( later Jan and early Feb )
8. Prepay for train ticket and hotel pickup service charge by credit card.
9. You are kindly requested to get to the train station at least one hour before your train departure time.
10.You are also requested to go through the security check ( luggage check) when you enter the main hall of the train station.
11.Passenger will be allowed on board the train 30 minutes before departure time. The train will be closed 5 minutes before departure.
12.Our tour guide will assist you in geting on board the train - the service starting from your hotel to the train station.
