So it is a spicy boiled fish dish. look spicy, but taste great and no spicy at all. Don't be scared by the spicy oil, it is just poured down on the slided fish to enhance the taste. Red Capital Club
Feturing little restaurant, a boutique hotel! And it is a hard job to find! Down a very dodgy looking little hutong (alleyway in Beijing) with Madame Mao's limo out the front, this restored Qing dynasty courtyard residence is a magic area to eat. It is decorated and covered in memorabilia from the days of Mao, including ceramic statues showing him in repose smoking a cigar and with telephones in the bar you can pick up to hear him speak. The best are the tiny waitresses dressed in Mao uniforms that were about 3 sizes too big for them.
