Beijing Badaling Skiing Field covering an area of 300 000 square meters is a ski resort. Badaling Ski Resort has two bigger or easiest gentle slopes, both in length of 800 meters. There are two 600-meter-long intermediate pistes. Beijing Badaling Skiing Field has two expert ski trails; one is 800-meter long and the other is 120-meter long. Besides, there is a 2300-merter long snow run for motorcycles, which is at present the longest snowland motor way in Beijing. Beijing Badaling Skiing Field also possesses two pistes for snowland flying saucer, both with length of 300-meter. Beijing Badaling Skiing Field provides people many other exciting snowland-pastimes such as dogsleds, bungee jumping, sauna in snowland, self-help ice sculpturing, hiking and hunting in glacier, running across icy lake and so on.
There is a comprehensive service chamber covering about 8000 square meters. This service chamber gathers a series of perfect service establishment including hotel, restaurant, skiing shop and gymnasium, multi-function hall, resting place etc. Beijing Badaling Skiing Field also brings in skiing equipments from Australia, Japan and so on. How to Get There (Transportation of Beijing Badaling Skiing Field)
Beijing Badaling Skiing Field Location:
Beijing Badaling Skiing Filed locates at the west of Badaling the Great Wall, 2km far away from the foot of the Great Wall. It belongs to Yanqing County of Beijing City.
Self-drive Route:
1. Enter the Jingchang (Badaling) Expressway from Qinghe Toll Station and drive to the 18th exit of Badaling Expressway, then drive along the parking of the Safari Park till to the exit and turn left. After that, go straightly forward to the direction of west for 3km.
2. Enter the Jingcheng Expressway from the Third Ring Road or the Forth Ring Road, then enter Badaling Expressway from Shangqing Station, then follow the route of method 1 above. This route is convenient for people started from Beijing.
3. Drive in Badaling Expressway and turn left in Yanqing Yingchengzi Toll Station to enter the sideway, Then go forward for 1km is okay.
Bus Route:
Take bus 919 in Deshengmen Station (there are 919 bus lines in every ten minutes), then get off at the Badaling Skiing Field Station.
