Pick-up from your hotel at 8:00am. It takes more than one hours' drive to reach Hancunhe village. It is a medium-sized village with a population of over 2,700. Hancunhe Village, in Fangshan District in Beijing is regarded as the richest village in the Beijing area, with all its 791 households living in villas and luxury apartment buildings. "With convenient traffic and comfortable living conditions, people like to enjoy the rural life and fresh air" said a local farmer.

This is a modern Chinese village. It is well planned and organized. All the villagers' villa-type houses are in good order. Instead of hotels, many visitors stay with them just like a family member, eating and working together with them. You will be arranged to visit a local family, talking and chatting with the hostess.

It is also an ideal place to buy really fresh vegetables. The most intriguing activity is to visit the green house to see all the anti-season vegetables. You can buy some fresh vegetables if you like. You also have the chance to visit their village development museum to learn more about the village's history and its development. Hancunhe Village is a showcase of the modern villages in China. After visiting Hancunhe Village, you will be returned to your hotel in downtown Beijing.
