Pick from your hotel around 8:00am Driving 100 KM to Huangyaguan Great Wall winding acrossing the mountains. After climbing the wall, we drive about 40 KM to The Eastern Qing Tombs. After lunch, we start to visit the tombs. The East Tombs of the Qing Dynasty is the largest, best preserved and most complete of its kind in China. After the tour, we go back to Beijing.
The Huangyaguan Great Wall is 100 kilometers east of Beijing. Originally built in Tianbao 7th of Beiqi (557 A D), the Huangyanguan was repaired for the first time in Ming Dynasty and for the second time in 1985. The UNESCO officials were convinced and agreed to list it as one of the World Heritage.
Some 40 kilometres away from Huangyaguan Great wall lies a group of imperial tombs of the Qing Dynasty. It is known as the Eastern Tombs because there is another group, the Western Tombs, located in Yixian County, southwest of Beijing. It is the largest and most complete group of imperial tombs in China, covering an area of 48 square kilometres. L-- Lunch
